Our Programming team is an essential part of giving our clients and our guides a seamless, welcoming, and effective experience during their workshop or intensive.
The process of healing isn't easy and our team works hard to ensure that our clients and guides don't have to worry about travel, program logistics, coordination of schedules, prep materials, and more.
An effective Workshop & Intensives Coordinator (we call them Program Coordinators) is a blend of project coordinator, guest services representative, event manager, travel planner and support staff.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to sweat the small stuff, you'll need a dose of patience alongside boundless energy, and you'll need to be able to manage competing demands and interests.
Here's a bit more about the opportunity:
You'll serve as an instrumental member of the Programming Team assisting with the effective planning, execution, logistics and coordination of life-changing workshops and intensives for our clients You'll integrate with our Admissions and Clinical teams to ensure all of our programs in Tennessee and California have what they need to succeed from ensuring the proper materials, informational lists, schedules, nametags, handouts, packets for clients, and evaluations are timely and accurate You'll assist the Guide Liaison and Client Liaison with the day-to-day execution of workshops and intensives from client and guide arrival, preparing group rooms, staff rooms, aftercare for programs, and more You'll schedule and facilitate pre and post logistical meetings, meet with Program Supervisors on the front end of each program to prep for program needs, collaborate with Resource, Admissions and other Program Coordinators to ensure all needs are met You'll maintain daily client census/records, coordinate facility and meal needs, schedule and coordinate program adjuncts, guides and supervisors and coordinate Night Supervisor's schedule for program coverage You'll assist with maintaining safety of the community in poor weather or in the event of an emergency, assist with mobility support for clients or guides on campus and coordinate emergency medical coordination as needed.
The nature of this role is such that you'll likely need to be available during nights and weekends to support our clients.
Sometimes you'll be a driver, sometimes you'll help with bags, sometimes you'll be face-to-face with clients, sometimes you're an event planner and sometimes a superhero.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
